Plot Summary
The film begins with Arya being carried into an operation theatre. His friend Ajay narrates how Arya changed his life. In their childhood, Arya stays in an orphanage where he has no friends. He is adopted by a rich couple who have a son named Ajay. Arya and Ajay become friends and Arya is very loyal to him.
Years later, Ajay becomes a software engineer and falls in love with Geetha, his colleague. Geetha has a brother named Subbu who is a notorious gangster. Ajay proposes to Geetha but she rejects him as she does not want to hurt her brother. Ajay becomes depressed and attempts suicide. Arya saves him and convinces Geetha to accept his love by threatening to kill himself.
Geetha agrees to marry Ajay but she does not love him. She only feels sorry for him. She also thinks that Arya is dead as he had dived into the sea to retrieve her anklet which had fallen in the water. However, Arya is alive and he secretly loves Geetha. He decides to help Ajay and Geetha elope as he thinks that they are happy together.
Arya arranges everything for their escape but he also joins them as he cannot live without Geetha. He acts as a driver and a bodyguard for them. He also tries to make Geetha fall in love with him by showing his care and affection for her. He tells her that he is her well-wisher and that he will sacrifice anything for her happiness.
Geetha slowly starts to develop feelings for Arya but she is confused as she is already engaged to Ajay. She also learns that Arya is the one who saved her anklet and that he is not dead. She realizes that he loves her deeply but she does not know how to express her feelings.
Meanwhile, Subbu and his men are searching for Geetha and Ajay. They find out that Arya is with them and they suspect that he has kidnapped them. They chase them and try to kill them. Arya fights with them and protects Geetha and Ajay.
In the climax, Arya, Geetha and Ajay reach a railway station where they plan to board a train and leave the city. However, Subbu and his men catch up with them and attack them. Arya gets stabbed by Subbu and falls unconscious. He is taken to the hospital where he undergoes surgery.
Geetha realizes that she loves Arya more than Ajay and she decides to stay with him. She confesses her love to him when he regains consciousness. Ajay understands their feelings and he sacrifices his love for them. He tells them that he will always remain their friend and that he is happy for them.
The film ends with Arya, Geetha and Ajay smiling happily as they hug each other.
